Think PM is led by André Fonseca, PMP®, a technology executive, consultant, and university lecturer with 25 years of experience and more than 18 years in project, program, services, and PMO management.
My career began in systems development and analysis and evolved into management and leadership positions in global technology, telecommunications, media, and software organizations.
I currently serve as Head of Services Management – Latin America at Synamedia / Quortex, with regional responsibility for Project & Program Delivery, Professional Services, and Customer Success across more than 11 Latin American countries. I lead multidisciplinary and multicultural teams with 20+ direct and indirect professionals.
Throughout my experience in global telecommunications, media technology, video, and software companies, I have managed more than R$ 100 million in cumulative projects, programs, and services across more than 15 countries on four continents.
I also served as a university lecturer in UniBrasil’s Information Systems program, teaching Project Management and Systems Analysis. This academic experience, combined with professional speaking engagements, supports a clear, practical, and business-oriented learning approach.

Career
Responsible for Project & Program Delivery, Professional Services, and Customer Success across 11 countries. Managed projects and programs, financial performance, executive governance, strategic clients, and a team of 20+ professionals.
Led strategic projects and programs for major telecommunications operators in Latin America, involving software, infrastructure, cloud, video platforms, and systems integration.
Managed strategic Video Engineering programs, including IPTV, OTT, Broadcast, VoD, infrastructure, CAPEX planning, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams.
Structured and led the Global PMO for a corporate program governing 42 projects and approximately US$230 million in investments. Directly led 11 international infrastructure projects across nine countries.
Taught Project Management and Systems Analysis, connecting academic foundations, market experience, and practical application. This background is complemented by professional speaking engagements.
Analyzed, developed, and maintained enterprise technology solutions, building the technical foundation for a career in project management.
