My career began in systems development and analysis and evolved into management and leadership positions in global technology, telecommunications, media, and software organizations.

I currently serve as Principal Program Manager in a global role at Quortex, leading strategic projects and programs and acting as the interface among clients, technical teams, suppliers, and executive leadership. I returned to this role following the reorganization associated with the sale of part of Synamedia to Quortex, a Lumine Group company, which resulted in the elimination of the Head of Services LATAM position.

Throughout my career, I have led projects and programs executed across more than 20 countries in the Americas, Europe, Asia, and Africa, managing more than R$100 million in cumulative projects, programs, and services. My experience includes software, infrastructure, AWS/GCP Cloud, SaaS, video platforms, and systems integration, as well as digital transformation and the application of Artificial Intelligence—including generative AI and AI Agents—to management, analysis, and productivity.

I also served as a university lecturer in UniBrasil’s Information Systems program, teaching Project Management and Systems Analysis. This academic experience, combined with professional speaking engagements, supports a clear, practical, and business-oriented learning approach.

Experience since 2021 across three phases: Principal Program Manager, Head of Services LATAM, and currently Principal Program Manager in a global role at Quortex. Led strategic software, infrastructure, AWS/GCP Cloud, SaaS, video platform, and systems integration projects and programs; managed up to eight projects simultaneously; owned scope, schedule, budget, risks, quality, dependencies, governance, and financial results. Experience includes matrix leadership and Professional Services pre-sales covering requirements, estimates, pricing, proposals, SOWs, negotiation, and closing. As Head of Services LATAM, led Delivery, Professional Services, and Customer Success across 11 countries with 20+ professionals.

Senior Program Manager – Latin America

Led strategic technology transformation projects and programs across Latin America involving software, infrastructure, video platforms, and systems integration, with KPI management, executive governance, strategic client relationships, recovery of critical programs, and service expansion.
